This change will offer you many new, convenient ways to make your car payments. You will continue to be able to make payments on our website at www.longmotors.com . You will be able to make Debit / ACH payments via a text message received on your smart phone. You will also have the option to make cash payments at 7-Eleven and CVS locations Nationwide, using a barcode sent via text to your smart phone.
It will also usher in the change that continues to be part of how most companies take payments from consumers. Some methods of payment will require a fee to be paid by you. We worked hard to insure we were choosing the lowest cost provider that would give you the service options that will make your payment transactions easier and more convenient.
The following are all the payment options available to you effective December 23, 2020:

Mail money order or cashier’s check to: 6940 South IH 35, Austin, TX 78745 Please allow 7 days for delivery.
Pay with cash at 7-Eleven, CVS and more locations Nationwide. A $1.99 fee applies.
Debit or ACH on our web site www.longmotors.com. A $4.99 fee applies.
Debit or ACH payment with an agent on the phone. A $9.99 service charge applies.
